Hale Litigation Group draws on more than two decades of experience across mass torts, class actions, pharmaceutical and product liability litigation, antitrust matters and consumer protection. Our portfolio encompasses more than 100,000 individual matters and includes major national litigations including Zantac, Roundup, Vioxx and Yaz.
Our experience is grounded in identifying significant legal opportunities and building the strategy, structure and infrastructure necessary to pursue them at scale. It includes developing new litigation, creating strategies for case identification and origination, building and managing large litigation teams, and designing the systems that coordinate every stage of case development. We understand both the strategy behind complex litigation and the day-to-day execution required to move thousands of individual matters efficiently toward resolution.

Hale Litigation Group was founded by Sarah Hale, an attorney with more than 20 years of experience in mass torts, class actions, pharmaceutical and product liability litigation, antitrust matters and consumer protection.
